TRIP

Kory's family had a reunion in which we visited sites in Rockville. Here we are at an old telegraph office in rockville that they restored.

We also went to Grafton just across the river in Rockville. I have never been there and found out Kory's Ancestors lived there. Here is one of the only 3 buildings standing. This home belonged to the school teacher in Grafton. We could not go inside any of these buildings, only look from the outside.

The home where Kory's great-great-grandmother and family lived before moving to Hurricane. There last name was Wood. Her parent's were buried in the Grafton cemetary which we also visited but did not get pictures off. It was neat to see that Indians were buried in that cemetary. All the graves had mounds of where the people were buried.

After our visit to Rockville we went back to Kory's parent's house and had a dutch oven dinner. While it was cooking, the kids got to partipate in a fishing pond where they got to fish for many toys and suprises.

It is McKay's turn to fish.

After dinner we went back to Dad and Mom's where they graciously let Kory's family come and swim.
