Erica has started crawling (6 1/2 mos). She does the army crawl and pulls herself forward on her tummy with her hands and legs. She is very mobile and can go anywhere now, quickly while rolling. She also wants to get her hands onto anything she can. We caught her with a leaf in her mouth from one of my house plants. Have to watch her constantly. What fun!

Here is a sneak peek of the new Twin Falls Temple we found while traveling to SLC. Very pretty. Twin Falls is about 2 hours away from Boise.

Last weekend we went to SLC for the Hall Family Reunion. We had a great time and it was a nice vacation. This is Craig, McKay and Erica's uncle.

Craig and Kathy enjoying Erica.

The famous fishpond. McKay got to fish for himself and Erica. He got lots of great toys to play with.

Grandma Hall and the fishers.

While in SLC, we stayed with some friends from Boise. We had a great time and McKay had tons of fun with their children Tori and Jackson.

This is where you will always find Erica, on the floor, enjoying her freedom. She does not like to be held and would rather play with her toys on the floor all the time.

McKay's friend Austin who lives behind us.

We have had the show on TV, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" in a town close to Boise called Middleton. They did a house out there a couple of weeks ago and we decided this was a once in a lifetime opportunity to have that TV show so close by so we went out to be a spectator at the site. We had to ride on school buses to get to where the home was being built. McKay thought that was the greatest.

Here are some pictures of the house they were building. The only time we could go was when they had just started framing it. You can see the famous shirts the people were wearing. It was such a hot day - 100s. We were not there long. We never saw any of the designers or Ty Pennington, oh well. We were able to check the news each night to see all that was happening.

Some of the spectators.

The film crew. This episode is supposed to air in October. Everyone watch. I don't think you will see us because the camera never pointed in our direction.

McKay Turns 4 and Family Pictures

Cute baby

McKay loves to help his daddy with household work.

Mckay has his own tool set and gets it out whenever Kory gets his tools out.

McKay turned 4 on June 26. We took him, Chase, Tyler, and 2 friends to the Boondock's indoor play gym, then went to McDonald's for Lunch, then Chase and McKay played at a water park in Eagle, next he opened his presents, and last we ate dinner at Red Robin's where they sang to him and gave him ice cream. He had a very busy and fun birthday.

His new bike that he loves.

We really have 4 children, not just 2 (according to McKay).

Looking at the camera.

Now looking at the TV.

Erica loves her food. She has just started veggies (sweet potatoes). She is really cute in her highchair. She is just so little all you see is her tiny head in a huge chair.

Family Pictures

Got behind again because of the move. Here are some random family pictures.

Erica at 5 months old.

Erica can now roll onto her tummy, can't quite roll back though. She loves to roll over and does it constantly then she gets stuck and cries for help. Just recently she learned to push herself up with her arms so she can look around when she is on her tummy. She also sleeps that way too. She loves her tummy.

Very rarely does McKay take a nap anymore so when he fell asleep on the couch one Sunday we took a picture because it does not happen very often.

McKay painting on a Sunday afternoon.

I tried to take this picture by myself with the timer on the camera, a little off center. Ignore the messy bed in the background.

Our three sweet children. Puppy is the easiest one to take care of.

McKay and his best friend puppy.

I love my baby.
